The Problem

At companies with 50 to 500 employees, finance and ops teams often run on spreadsheets, email and copy-paste. Month-end runs long, reports are always a week behind, and your best people spend their time moving data instead of analyzing it.

A clear deliverable

What You Get

  • 01A map of your team's recurring manual workflows
  • 02The 3–5 automations with the best return, ranked by time saved and effort to build
  • 03The recommended tools, rough costs and timeline for each
  • 04A 30-minute walkthrough call to review the plan

A focused process

Connected operations

Beyond the assessment

Finance and ops data often lives across CRMs, spreadsheets, ERPs and shared drives. Builds can connect those sources and keep data standardized, connected and monitored.

Workflows made clearer.

Common questions

FAQ

Is this a financial audit?

No. This is an operations and workflow assessment, not an accounting, attest or financial audit service.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not for the assessment. We work from walkthroughs and sample files. System access is only needed if you later hire me to build the automations.

Do we have to hire you to build them?

No. The plan is yours to use however you like.
